Kudana Lionel Gwatidzo

Harvard University, Class of 2024, Majoring in Computer Science, Minoring in Economics 

Kudana’s upbringing was spent between two countries  born in Zimbabwe, moved to Edgewater, New Jersey as a toddler, returned to Zimbabwe as a teenager, and then moved to Boston, Massachusetts as an adult to pursue higher education. Along the way Kudana explored as much of Africa and America as he could, travelling for debate tournaments, MUN conferences and hackathons. 

His international experience created a love for exploring different cultures, learning different languages and meeting new people. He hopes to travel to East Asia in the future. Shaped by his experiences in Zimbabwe, Kudana is passionate about using systems, communication and shared experiences to solve problems with regards to resource accessibility and help make opportunities across various spaces more inclusive.
